Reception Transition

Message from Mrs Cunliffe

Hello,

My name is Mrs Cunliffe and I am going to be your new teacher in Reception Class. I am so excited to be your teacher and I am looking forward to doing lots of fun things and learning lots! This virus has meant that I can’t visit you in your nurseries but we are going to arrange a way for you to get to know our school before you start in September.

I live at home with Mr Cunliffe, Sam who is fourteen and Phoebe who is twelve. I also have two dogs called Teddy and Minnie. When I am not at school I like to watch Sam play football and Phoebe doing drama. I like to walk the dogs and I also like to go to the theatre to watch a show, or to the cinema to see a film. My favourite show at the theatre is The Lion King and my favourite film is Toy Story. My favourite place to visit in the whole world is London!

In the holidays I like to spend time with my family. We like to go to the cinema. This year we should have been going to Florida but it got cancelled because of the virus. My favourite time of year is Christmas because I like to give people presents.

In our class we also have Mrs Brown. She also likes going to the theatre, shopping, walking her dog and gardening. Myself and Mrs Brown love to have lots of fun and we laugh a lot!!

I am so excited for September.
